It had been on the market for a year with a large realtor firm, with absolutely no movement. I had seen an add for Hope Realty that highlighted Tara and gave her a call. Within a month, our home had sold and we were so thrilled with the experience,that we asked Tara to represent us in our next home buying adventure. Again, our dream of a bigger home was achieved thanks to Tara and the time and effort she put in for us. We called upon Tara yet again to help sell our home of seven years, because of failing health of my mother-in-law. It took just a little over two weeks from the time the sign went up, to get a contract for full price on our existing property.
