It’s finally the weekend. It’s been a hard and stressful week and you’re finally ready to have a good time with your friends. How about a night on the town? Downtown Richmond has tons of places to enjoy drinks, play games, or even have a nice dinner. Below are some of the top rated entertainment sites.

The Byrd Theatre is a great place to unwind and relax with your friends. If you don’t particularly want to enjoy a night out on the town, just a relaxing movie, this place is perfect for you. It has been open since 1928 and remains open every day each year. Pro Tip: Get there early because they don’t show previews!

Next, let’s talk about some fun activities you could do with your friends, or family, on a perfect weekend night.

This one makes me really excited as I love competition and love go karts. G-Force is located off of Carolina Ave in Richmond and hosts an intense 1/4 mile challenging track. Are you ready to kick your friend’s butt?

I like to play games, and I definitely like to let loose with my friends. The Circuit Arcade and Bar has your typical arcade games to play and over 50+ self-serve, craft beer options! Enjoy games like Tetris, Donkey Kong, Pinball Machines, and over 80+ more! Kick Dave and Buster’s to the side, The Circuit is where it’s all at!

Escape Room RVA is an exciting and interesting place to bond with your friends or family. Your ultimate goal is to crack the puzzle using clues in a small room.

As stated on their website, this is a great place to Eat, Drink, and Visit. Located off of E Main Streeta and named the tallest rooftop bar and lounge, KABANA Rooftop has a sight ready for you to see. Enjoy drinks, music, and company of other folks who want to enjoy their night off of work. Pay close attention to the detail when making a reservation during Phase III, and pay attention to the dress code!
