Ahhhh! It’s been a long work week and you’re looking forward to relaxing during the weekend. You shriek as you realize the mess in your home that’s expanded over the last week. We understand. We all get busy with work and things tend to pile up during the week. There are simple steps that you can incorporate into your daily routine to keep your home sparkly clean.

Clean up the clutter! This may sound ovewhelming at first, but each day during the week, simply pick up the clutter that you see. This will prevent it from overpiling and becoming way too much for you to handle.

Add some fresh flowers in your most frequently used rooms once a week. There was a study that people were more relaxed and happier when they has fresh flowers in their living space.

Scent your home with essential oils. Lavendar is most popular for relaxation. Lemon, orange, and chamomile are also pretty awesome oils for stress relief.
